  • WEAR: Provide spare parts for components which may be expected to require regular replacement under normal maintenance schedules, such as mechanical parts subject to continuous operation.
  • CONSUMABILITY: Provide spare parts for components with a life-expectancy of less than 5 years.
  • ONE-TIME LIMITED SERVICE: Provide spare parts that normally require replacement after performing their function one time, such as fuses.
  • LONG LEAD TIME: Provide spare parts for components that are not readily available from distributors, such as for custom-fabricated components.
  • EXCHANGE ASSEMBLIES: Provide assemblies which will be exchanged with malfunctioning units for installed equipment, and which must be inventoried as complete assemblies.

  • Pull out indoor unit for clean and check.
  • Replace compressor.
  • Clean and check for package unit.
  • Replace contactor.
  • Replace motor fan.
  • Replace fan belt.
  • Replace capacitor.
  • Replace blower wheel.
  • Replace expansion valve.
  • Checking the Freon level and fill if required.
  • Checking for any leaking and repair if required.
  • Checking the fan blade alignment and repair if required.
  • Checking the capacitor and repair if required.

  • Cleaning (by water & detergent).

  • Wash outdoor unit with check.
  • Pull out both units "in/out door" for wash and check.
  • Pull out both units "in/out door" for De-check, clean tubes, filters.
  • Replace compressor and wash outdoor unit.
  • Replace air blower for indoor unit.
  • Repair or rectify gas leak.
  • Replace magnetic contactor.
  • Replace PC Board.
  • Modify and install new PC Board.
  • Replace blower bearings.
  • Pull out indoor unit for wash and check.
  • Checking the Freon level and fill if required.
  • Checking for any leaking and repair if required.
  • Checking the fan blade alignment and repair if required.
  • Checking the capacitor and repair if required.
  • Checking the compressor and repair if required.
  • Cleaning (by water & detergent).
